SK gold price Singapore

SK Jewellery publishes gold prices for both 916 and 999 gold in Singapore. What matters is what those numbers represent.

SK states that the figures on its gold-price page are its retail gold selling prices per gram. They are not trade-in prices; SK directs customers to enquire in-store for those. A useful comparison is: SK retail gold rate → Gold Singapore reference value → final jewellery price.

    Current SK Jewellery gold rate

SK Jewellery's live 916 and 999 retail selling rates will appear here when a verified, timestamped feed is connected. Until then, treat any published rate as a live reference rather than a guaranteed checkout price, and confirm the current rate on SK Jewellery's official price page.

Label these clearly as SK retail selling prices, not generic Singapore gold prices.

What does SK's 916 price mean?

916 gold contains approximately 91.6% gold and is commonly called 22K. SK's published 916 figure is useful if you're shopping for 916 jewellery, but it should not be compared directly with a pure-gold spot or 999.9 bullion quote without adjusting for purity. For the underlying 916 value, see 916 Gold Price Singapore.

    What about SK's 999 price?

999 gold is approximately 99.9% pure. SK's 999 figure is also a retail selling rate. A physical 999 or 999.9 bullion bar from another seller may carry a different premium and should be compared as a different product.

Does the gold rate tell me the final jewellery price?

Not necessarily. A finished item can involve workmanship, design, GST and other product-level pricing. The useful comparison is therefore the final payable price of the piece, not just the gold-rate board.

What if I want to trade gold in?

Don't use SK's published retail selling rate as a trade-in quote. SK explicitly says trade-in prices should be obtained in-store. Trade-in is a different transaction from buying jewellery at the published retail rate.

Is SK cheaper than other jewellery retailers?

You can't establish that from the gold rate alone. Compare equivalent pieces using purity, gold weight, gold rate, workmanship, GST, discounts and final payable price. Gold Singapore should show retailer rates side by side where verified, without declaring a winner unless the underlying products and charges are genuinely comparable.
