Mustafa gold price Singapore

If you are searching for the Mustafa gold price, you are probably looking for Mustafa Jewellery's current 916 or 999 rate. The important word is jewellery. A jewellery gold rate is not the same as the international spot price, and it is not necessarily the final amount you will pay for a ring, chain or bracelet.

    Mustafa Jewellery live rates

Mustafa Jewellery publishes indicative 22K/916 and 24K/999 jewellery rates on its own website. Those rates move quickly and online updates may not occur at exactly the same moment as in-store rates. For the current published rate, refer to Mustafa Jewellery's official website. Gold.com.sg does not reproduce Mustafa's rates in real time.

These figures estimate the value of the gold itself. They are not guaranteed retail prices or buy-back offers.

Mustafa Jewellery currently describes the rates on its website as indicative and notes that in-store rates can differ because gold prices move quickly and online updates may not occur at exactly the same moment. Treat the displayed number as a live reference rather than a guaranteed checkout price.

    Mustafa's 916 gold rate

916 gold is approximately 91.6% gold, commonly called 22K. Mustafa publishes a 22K/916 jewellery rate. The useful comparison is between that rate and the underlying 916 gold-content value rather than comparing it directly with a 999.9 bullion price. See today's 916 gold reference value.

    Mustafa's 999 gold rate

Mustafa also publishes a 24K/999 jewellery rate. 999 contains approximately 99.9% gold, so its underlying metal value sits very close to pure gold. But it is still a jewellery rate — a 999.9 bullion bar sold by Mustafa is a separate product and can carry its own premium. See today's 999 gold reference value.

Why is the Mustafa rate different from the market gold price?

You are comparing a retail jewellery rate with an underlying market benchmark. The eventual price of a finished piece can also reflect workmanship, design, non-gold components, retailer pricing, GST where applicable, and promotions or discounts. Gold.com.sg should show both numbers instead of presenting one as a substitute for the other.

Does the online price include GST?

Check the specific product. Mustafa Jewellery's current online jewellery listings state that displayed product prices are excluding GST. Before comparing pieces, check weight, purity, gold rate used, making or workmanship charges, GST, discounts and the final payable price. The final payable amount is the number that matters.

Note: Do not infer the GST treatment of Mustafa bullion from jewellery-page wording. Qualifying Investment Precious Metals can have different GST treatment under IRAS rules — see our GST guide.

    What about making charges?

The published gold rate is not the complete price of a finished jewellery item. Two retailers can quote similar gold rates and still arrive at different final prices once workmanship and other charges are included. This is why asking whether Mustafa has "the cheapest gold" cannot be answered from the gold-rate board alone.

    Is Mustafa cheaper?

You cannot reliably tell from the advertised gold rate alone. A better comparison is gold content + workmanship + other charges + applicable GST − discounts, then compare the final price for equivalent items. That can produce a different answer from comparing the advertised per-gram rate.

    Does Mustafa sell bullion too?

Yes. Mustafa Jewellery currently lists fine-gold bars and bullion products alongside jewellery. Evaluate those as bullion products: look at fineness, weight, mint or refiner, premium, qualifying tax treatment and buy-back options. Do not use the jewellery rate alone to judge whether a bullion bar is competitively priced.

    Jewellery or bullion?

The right comparison depends on why you are buying. For jewellery, design, wearability and workmanship matter. For bullion, buyers typically care more about fineness, premium, recognised refiner or mint, tax treatment where relevant, and resale terms. Both contain gold — they are still different products.
