Who is StoneX Bullion, and how is it connected to Singapore?
The purchase terms, section 1 identify StoneX Bullion GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, as website operator and contracting party. Its legal notice gives German commercial-register number HRB 98020. Check the entity on your order confirmation.
The retailer's company profile says StoneX Bullion is part of StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SNEX). StoneX's 2025 Form 10-K describes physical retail precious metals as principally conducted within StoneX Bullion GmbH. These sources do not establish an October 2026 direct shareholding percentage.
StoneX Financial Pte. Ltd. is a separately named Singapore entity listed by MAS. Its MAS directory entry does not establish a local retail bullion outlet or make it the contracting party for an order with the German retailer.
The retailer's FAQ says it is preparing to open a Singapore office. An operating Singapore bullion office and Ministry of Law registration for the retail contracting entity remain unverified. This does not mean registration is absent. Do not transfer another entity's address, licence or registration to this retailer.
What was the October 2026 Singapore announcement?
StoneX's 1 October 2026 announcement concerns a Singapore FX booking centre and SG1 connectivity for institutional and corporate foreign-exchange services. It is not evidence of a retail bullion shop, collection service or Singapore custody for StoneX Bullion customers.
What bullion can Singapore buyers research?
The gold catalogue and FAQ describe bars and coins across gold, silver, platinum and palladium. Check manufacturer, weight, fineness, format, condition and availability on the exact product page. A category listing does not establish delivery of every item to your address.
For background, see Gold's gold-bar guide and gold-coin guide. No product price, availability guarantee or future buy-back value is assumed here.
Delivery to Singapore and insurance conditions
The shipping page lists Singapore in Region 5 at €49.90, with free delivery starting at €5,000 for eligible private-customer orders. Confirm destination, order qualification, final charge and any export-document or courier charges at checkout. A listed destination is not unconditional acceptance.
The FAQ shipping section describes insured delivery. Read it with purchase terms section 8: address restrictions and consumer/business risk rules matter. Ask for cover, exclusions and claims instructions; marketing language is not a coverage guarantee for your shipment. Do not assume a delivery date or Singapore collection option.
Payment, currency and order commitments
The payment-methods page lists bank transfers in EUR, USD, GBP, PLN, SGD, AUD and CHF, plus Visa/Mastercard. It says the method cannot be changed after ordering. Confirm availability and final payable amount for your order.
Viewing or paying in SGD does not establish a local Singapore bank account, eliminate conversion costs or guarantee the same price across methods. Record invoice currency, conversion rate, bank/card charges, payment deadline and total due.
The FAQ excludes cryptocurrency, while purchase terms section 6, dated 15 July 2026 describes selected digital-asset payments through BVNK. Confirm actual availability directly. The terms also describe payment deadlines and possible market-loss consequences for late payment. Read those applicable to the exact order before committing.
Product price versus total landed cost
For a delivery purchase, compare the product amount plus delivery or insurance not already included, payment and currency-conversion charges, applicable import GST/taxes, and any customs, export-document or courier clearance charges, all converted consistently to SGD. Avoid double-counting bundled charges. Keep later storage and resale costs separate.
IRAS IPM guidance exempts qualifying investment precious metals from GST. Purity alone is insufficient; form, refinery/market criteria and coin rules also matter. Do not assume every gold or silver item qualifies; palladium is outside the stated gold/silver/platinum IPM categories. Singapore Customs explains import procedures. Confirm the exact product, documents and handling with the courier or declaring agent. European VAT wording is not a Singapore GST decision.
Use Gold's IPM Eligibility Checker and Singapore GST guide as research aids, not binding tax rulings.
Custody and selling back
Purchase terms sections 14–18 describe third-party vault storage with customers' metal pooled separately from the retailer's own metal. Confirm minimum charges, withdrawal shipping and taxes. Singapore custody and insurance terms are not verified here. Request the current agreement, location and fee schedule; compare with Gold's Storage Cost Comparator.
The buy-back guide describes contact, shipment and a final offer after inspection, including a Frankfurt logistics hub. Singapore collection and acceptance of every Singapore-origin shipment are unverified. Confirm eligible products, destination, outbound insurance, shipping/customs costs, quote timing, deductions and payout currency before dispatch. An indicated buy-back price is not a guaranteed net resale amount.
Compare StoneX with other dealers on the same basis
Match product, quantity, payment terms and quote times, then compare the full landed cost. A Singapore dealer's collection price and an international delivered price have different boundaries. Apply Gold's comparison methodology; missing costs remain unknown, not zero.
The Gold Deal Analyzer can assess a user-entered gold quote against a metal reference. Keep delivery, FX, tax and other charges separate; it does not verify a StoneX price or payment basis. Ownership Economics applies only where the exact scenario is supported. These gold tools do not value silver, platinum or palladium or guarantee resale. Browse other dealer profiles for context, not rankings.
Questions buyers ask
Does StoneX Bullion deliver to Singapore?
Singapore is on the published delivery list. Confirm the exact order and address at checkout; the listing is not a universal guarantee.
Is StoneX Bullion a Singapore gold shop?
This profile treats it as an international retailer. A functioning local retail outlet and collection arrangement have not been verified. The group FX announcement concerns a different business activity.
Is the website price my final Singapore cost?
Only if all applicable delivery, currency, payment, tax and clearance costs are already included. Request the full payable and import-cost breakdown before comparing.
Can I sell bullion back from Singapore?
The dealer publishes a buy-back process, but eligibility and cross-border logistics need confirmation before dispatch. Inspection and the accepted final offer determine the transaction.
Sources and review scope
